Skin cancer

Skin cancer is one of the most common and dangerous tumor diseases today. However, if it is detected in time, there is a good chance of cure. During my preventive examination, your entire skin is examined under a light microscope.

With the help of the FotoFinder, a computer-controlled photo documentation (video dermatoscopy), each pigment mark is classified and documented in detail. In this way, abnormalities are immediately detected during subsequent examinations. Unnecessary removal of moles can be avoided even more reliably through video documentation.

Various methods are available for the treatment of skin cancer:

  • ambulant microscopically controlled surgery
  • photodynamic therapy and daylight PDT
  • immunomodulatory creams
  • curettage
  • laser therapy
